  • Deposit/Down Payment: The initial payment made to commence work on a project
  • Milestone Payment: Payments made at specific stages of project completion
  • Final Payment: The last payment made upon project completion
  • Deliverable: Any product or service provided as part of the project
  • Cancellation: Termination of the project before completion

Deposit Payments

Initial deposits or down payments are generally non-refundable as they secure our time and resources for your project. These deposits cover initial consultations, planning, and preliminary work. The deposit amount is typically 30-50% of the total project cost, depending on the project scope and complexity.

The non-refundable nature of deposits exists because once we allocate resources to your project, we decline other potential work to focus on your needs. This commitment begins immediately after receiving your deposit.

Milestone Payments

For larger projects, we may establish milestone payments to be made at specific points of project completion. Milestone payments are generally refundable under the following conditions:

  • The specific milestone deliverable has not been provided
  • Work on the milestone has not commenced
  • The refund request is made within 7 days of the payment

Once work on a specific milestone has begun, the payment becomes non-refundable or partially refundable, depending on the amount of work completed.

Project Cancellation

If you cancel a project after work has begun:

  • You will be billed for all work completed up to the cancellation date based on our hourly rate or the percentage of work completed on fixed-price projects
  • Any remaining balance after accounting for work completed will be refunded within 14 business days
  • Cancellation must be submitted in writing via email to hiresolah24@gmail.com
  • The initial deposit remains non-refundable regardless of when cancellation occurs

We calculate the value of work completed based on detailed time tracking and project milestones. We will provide an itemized statement showing how the refund amount was calculated.

Completed Projects

Once a project is completed and final deliverables have been provided, payments are non-refundable. A project is considered complete when:

  • All deliverables outlined in the project proposal have been provided
  • The client has approved the final deliverables
  • The final payment has been received

Dissatisfaction with Services

If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns and make necessary adjustments to meet the agreed-upon scope of work.

We believe in providing high-quality work and client satisfaction is important to us. If you feel the deliverables do not match what was promised in the project proposal, we will:

  • Review your concerns in detail
  • Make reasonable adjustments to address legitimate issues
  • Work with you to ensure the final product meets the agreed specifications

In cases of significant and demonstrable failure to deliver on our promises, we may consider partial refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Processing

When a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the approval date
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method when possible
  • If the original payment method is unavailable, we will discuss alternative refund methods
  • Processing fees (such as credit card or payment gateway fees) may be deducted from the refund amount

You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed, including the amount refunded and the payment method used.

Exceptions

In certain circumstances, exceptions to this refund policy may be considered:

  • Force majeure events that prevent us from delivering services
  • Medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances affecting either party
  • Situations where we are unable to deliver as promised due to factors within our control

These exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and we reserve the right to make the final decision regarding exception-based refunds.
